SAUVIGNON BLANC: 2021
Single Vineyard - Machine Harvested
Reviews: 94 Points. Excellent Wine. by Cameron Douglas MS.
Sight: Light lemon and a bright clarity.
Smell: Pungent, fruity, pure and classic, modern expression of Sauvignon Blanc with aromas and flavours of mango and passionfruit, red apple and white peach, fresh herbs.
Taste: The pallet mimics the fruits of the aroma but adds layers of stony and wet pebble minerality. The salivating and slight saltlick of acidity carries the core fruit flavours as well as adding crunch and freshness. Delicious from start to finish with added complexity from the portion of wild ferment barrels.
Pairing: Fabulous with fish, mussels, and crisp vegetable dishes and great friends.
Cellaring: Delicious now and wonderful through to 2025.
