PINOT GRIS: 2021
Single Vineyard - Hand Picked
Review: 92 Points, Premium wine, by Cameron Douglas MS.
Sight: Light straw with a gold hue and a bright clarity.
Smell: Fresh with aromas of fleshy, ripe pear and white nectarine then scents of honeysuckle and white spice.
Taste: A dry wine on the palate with a core of ripe tree fruit flavours, some more honeysuckle then apple. The mouthfeel has a satin texture carried along with acidity and youthful freshness from the fruit flavours.
Pairing: Serve this Pinot Gris with pork, chicken or a broad range of vegetarian dishes.
Cellaring: Drinking beautifully now and through to 2024.
