Tasting Notes:
Sight: Pale salmon pink.
Smell: Fresh, fruity, floral and pretty bouquet with aromas of red melon and strawberry, some cherry and fruit tea scents.
Taste: Crisp, fruity, crunchy, and refreshing on the palate, a fine mineral layer and super fine fruit tannins for texture. A dry and refreshing wine that is crisp and fruity with a refreshing acid line and fine light tannins, this wine carries on delivering a lingering dry finish.
Pairing: Try serving this Pinot Noir Rosé with smoked fish, prawns, pâtés or fresh summer salads.
Cellaring: Best consumed over the warm summer month ahead and through to 2023.
