    100% Pinot Noir, hand picked from our Old Block. Minimal skin contact has given this Rosé a delicate 'Provence blush'. Picked at optimal ripeness to ensure fresh aromatics and crisp acid. Made for summer days.

     

    Sight: Pale blush.

    Smell: Raspberries, watermelon and creaming soda.

    Taste: Dry and exciting raspberry, candy floss and new season strawberries invite you to explore the wine. The acid structure keeps each sip exciting and lively.

     

    Pairing: A summer afternoon and maybe a wee salmon pâté.

     

    Cellaring: Drink through this summer and next... if you can keep it that long.

     

    RS: 3.6g/L / Alc: 12.5% / TA: 7.2g/L / pH: 3.22

     

    Location: Bladen Vineyard, Conders Bend Road, Marlborough 

     

    Soils: Silty loam over free draining gravels
